Bethel Farms™ Development Team

Developer Charles Ramat first encountered Sullivan County as a child at summer camp.  Later, he met his wife there.  Following September 11th he left Manhattan and once again found refuge in Sullivan County, making Bethel his permanent home.  Charles has become a respected member of the Bethel Community and was the recipient of the Sullivan County Realtor's Restoration award in 2004.  After meeting Isaac Khafif through a mutual friend, the two decided to combine Charles's local knowledge and Isaac's international real estate expertise to create the Catskills' premier residential community.  From this partnership, Bethel Farms™ was born.
